We believe in fair service, and for clients to be treated as if they were ourselves. We know hosting and we know customer service better then most companies, and unlike many others we really do treat you right. If at any time you feel that you are not being treated right, or you are receiving not at par service please contact us immediately so we can fix the problem. If we cannot seem to fix the problem, or you are just not satisfied with the results, we will give you a full refund of your current billing period or a fair pro-rated amount based on account type and current period of time.
